【摘要】 目的:探讨X线数字化子宫输卵管造影术(Hysterosalpingography,HSG)在输卵管性不孕症诊疗中的运用价值。方法:用76%复方泛影葡胺在X线数字化成像系统和X线影像增强系统下分别检查输卵管性不孕症患者100例。数字化成像系统组检查时连续动态记录造影剂进入输卵管至弥散入盆腔全过程。X线影像增强系统组造影过程中密切观察造影剂经子宫角充盈至弥散入盆腔全过程并分别摄片。两种检查方法均在20 min时摄延时片一张。结果:两种方法均能较好地显示子宫腔,输卵管及盆腔造影剂的涂布。X线数字化HSG在术中观察、动态记录、时机判断、术后图像处理、显示图像细节、通畅度评价上明显优于X线影像增强HSG。结论:数字化HSG术在判断输卵管通畅度上有较高的准确性,应作为输卵管性不孕症的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application value of X-ray digital hysterosalpingography in diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:One hundred patients with tubal infertility were examined by X-ray digital imaging system and X-ray image enhancement system respectively after injection of 76% compound meglumini diatrozoas.In X-ray digital imaging system group,the whole course from contrast medium into fallopian tube until contrast medium diffusing into pelvic cavity was recorded dynamically.In X-ray image enhancement system group,the whole course from contrast medium suffusing uterine horn until contrast medium diffusing into pelvic cavity was observed closely and photographed.One photo was taken after 20 minutes in each group.Results:Both of the two methods could display uterine cavity,the coating of contrast medium of fallopian tube and pelvic cavity clearly.X-ray digital hysterosalpingography was superior to X-ray image enhancement hysterosalpingography in the aspects of intraoperative observation,dynamic recording,predicting the opportunity,postoperative image processing,displaying image details,and evaluating the patency.Conclusion:Digital hysterosalpingography has high accuracy in predicting the patency of fallopian tube,which can be used as the first choice for the patients with tubal infertility.更多还原
