【摘要】 目的:了解育龄妇女优生优育知识的知晓情况和需求,以便科学地指导优生优育工作。方法:采用整群随机抽样、面对面问卷调查的方法进行调查。结果:调查对象优生优育知识的知晓率较低,孕早期应进行优生5项(TORCH)检查的知晓率为53.0%、孕前需进行口腔检查的知晓率仅为16.6%、妊娠中晚期需注意血压监测的知晓率为49.3%。调查对象中,70.3%不清楚服用长效避孕药应停药多久才能受孕、44.9%不了解孕期服用药物的相关禁忌、49.5%认为孕期超声检查对胎儿有影响、41.5%不清楚非法接生易使新生儿患破伤风、56.0%不清楚何时给孩子添加辅食。98.2%的调查对象有强烈学习优生优育知识的需求。结论:绝大部分的育龄妇女有强烈学习优生优育知识的需求,但优生优育相关知识的知晓率仍有待提高,相关部门应加强优生优育知识的宣传教育,做好育龄妇女的优生优育咨询工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the awareness and demand of the women of childbearing age about eugenic knowledge,in order to direct eugenic works scientifically.Methods:Cluster random sampling method and face-to-face questionnaire survey were used in the study for investigation.Results:The awareness rate of respondents about eugenic knowledge was low,the awareness rate of respondents about five items(TORCH) examination during the first trimester of pregnancy was 53.0%,the awareness rate of respondents about oral examination before pregnancy was 16.6%,the awareness rate of respondents about paying attention to blood pressure monitoring during the second and third trimester of pregnancy was 49.3%.Among the respondents,70.3% of them didn’t know when they got pregnancy after drug discontinuance of long-acting oral contraceptives,44.9% of them didn’t know the related contraindications of taking drugs during pregnancy,49.5% of them considered that ultrasonography during pregnancy had impact on fetuses,41.5% of them didn’t understand that the neonates after illegal delivery were susceptible to tetanus,56.0% of them didn’t knew when to add complementary feed.98.2% of the respondents had strong demand to learn eugenic knowledge.Conclusion:The most of the women of childbearing age have strong demand to learn eugenic knowledge,but their awareness rate about eugenic knowledge needs improvement,related departments should enhance publicity and education of eugenic knowledge,eugenic consultation of women of childbearing age should be strengthened.更多还原
