【摘要】 目的探讨血清糖类抗原CA-125、CA-153、CA-199检测对肺癌的早期诊断价值。方法 选取肺癌患者76例(肺癌组)、健康体检者76例(肺癌组),空腹静脉采血5ml,利用瑞士产全自动化学发光仪测定血清中CA-125、CA-153、CA-199的含量。结果 健康体检组与肺癌组间三项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肺癌患者血清糖类抗原CA-125、CA-153、CA-199检测的阳性率(%)分别为69.73%(53/76)、59.21%(45/76)、56.57%(43/76);三项指标联合检测的阳性率为92.1%(70/76)。健康体检组的三项指标未检测出一例阳性者。结论 联合检测患者血清糖类抗原CA-125、CA-153、CA-199的含量可作为诊断肺癌的一项有价值的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of serum carbohytrate antigen 125,153,199 level in the lung carcinoma.Methods To collect 76 cases of lung carcinoma and 76 cases of healthy people who take physical examinations,5 ml blood sampling via vein on an empty stomach.To detect the level of CA-125、CA-153、CA-199 in serum using automatic chemiluminescence analyzer made in Switzerland.Results Levels of serum CA-125,CA-153,CA-199 in patients with lung carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01).The positive rate of single detection of CA-125 was 69.73%(53/76),CA-153 was 59.21%(45/76),CA-199 was 56.57%(43/76).The positive rate of three tumor markers combined detection was 92.1%(70/76).But no positive individuals was detected in the normal control group.Conclusion Combined detection levels of serum CA-125,CA-153,CA-199 for the diagnosis of lung carcinoma has clinical value.更多还原
