【摘要】 目的通过对不典型川崎病临床症状分析提高对不典型川崎病的认识及诊断水平。方法采用临床病例回顾性分析,对28例患儿主要川畸病症状发生率及典型性进行统计分析。结果在28例不典型川畸病中,发热出现率最高,而恢复期指趾部膜状蜕皮最具有特异性;而其他几种症状发生率相对较低并且可能呈非典型表现。结论因不典型川崎病临床诊断困难,在临床应提高警惕,怀疑本病可能时应及时行心脏彩超等相关检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To recognize of atypical kawasaki disease(KD) and improve the diagnosis level by retrospective review the clinic features.Methods The files of 28 atypical KD patients were investigated retrospectively and incidence rate and typicalness of major symptoms were analyzed by appropriate statistical tests.Results The results showed that fever appeared frequently,peeling of the skin on the tips of the fingers and toes had best significant peculiarity during restoration stage,other symptoms showed relatively low and be atypical.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of atypical KD were no-typical and the early diagnosis was difficulty.Special attention should be paid when KD was suspected and Echocardiography should be performed as early as possible in patients.更多还原
