【摘要】 目的观察顺尔宁辅助阿奇霉素静脉治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法将柘荣县医院儿科收治的104例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组54例和对照组50例,两组均在阿奇霉素静脉治疗基础上予以常规对症处理,而观察组另外加用顺尔宁。结果观察组总有效率94.12%,对照组总有效率72.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺尔宁辅助治疗肺炎支原体肺炎能明显减轻患儿咳嗽、喘息等症状,缩短症状持续时间,疗效肯定,不良反应少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Singulair auxiliary the azithromycin in the treatment mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods All 104 cases mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,and 54 cases of the observation group and 50 cases of the control group,were given intravenous drip azithromycin and symptomatic treatment together and the observation group was given Singulair.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12% and the total effective rate of the observation group was 72%.The total effective rate of two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion Singulair auxiliary the azithromycin treatment mycoplasma pneumonia.can reliene the coughing,wheezing etc and reduce the duration of symptoms.And Singulair has few adverse reaction,it is worth of application to clinical.更多还原
