【摘要】 目的探讨通过妊娠糖尿病的早期筛查并给予针对应性干预后的妊娠结局。方法对2010年1月～2011年6月在我院进行产前检查与分娩的3249例孕妇进行回顾性分析。对通过早期筛查发现的66例行干预治疗的妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者(A组)及45例未行干预治疗的GDM患者(B组)进行母儿并发症比较。结果 B组母儿并发症发生率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义。结论对孕妇早期进行血糖筛查、针对性干预,能有效减少母儿并发症的发生,改善母婴预后结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the pregnant outcome by early screening and intervention of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 3249 cases of pregnant women who underwent the early screening from January 2010 to june 2011 in our hospital were collected,retrospective study about complication were made between 66 cases of GDM women(A group) who underwent early screening intervention and 45 cases of GDM women(B group) who did not.Results Complication in B group was significantly higher than that in group A.Conclusion Early screening and intervention of pregnant women could remarkably decrease complication of pregnant and infant更多还原
