【摘要】 目的探讨采用阶段护理策略对抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞减少的影响。方法对34例服用抗甲状腺药物引起粒细胞减少的甲亢患者进行不同阶段的护理干预。结果严重感染阶段患者显效率、护理满意度与轻度感染阶段患者之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而平均住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据疾病不同阶段特征采取相应的护理措施,有助于控制和改善抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞减少的预后,并提高患者的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the influence of different staged nursing of patients with agranulocytosis caused by antithyroid drug(ATD).Methods Thirty-four cases with agranulocytosis caused by ATD were performed according different staged nursing.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the excellence rate and degree of nursing satisfaction of serious infection and that of low-grade infection(P > 0.05).But the mean length of stay was longer than that of low-grade infection(P < 0.05).Conclusion To perform different nursing according to the characteristics of different stages of agranulocytosis caused by ATD could control and improve its prognosis and degree of nursing satisfaction.更多还原
