【Abstract】 CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells have attracted much attention because of their unique immunosuppressive,and play an important role in the induction and maintenance of transplant tolerance.Although its transplantation immunity characteristics,the problem of how to avoid liver transplantation rejection,induce immune tolerance and improve survival rate still unresolved.CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells have an important role in the immune tolerance of liver transplantation.In this review,we discuss CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells,and its rejected reaction and immune tolerance in liver transplantation.更多还原
