【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜早期胃癌根治术的疗效和应用价值。方法进行腹腔镜与开腹术早期胃癌根治术的35例和42例患者,分别作为LAP组OPEN组。结果两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复肛门排气时间、术后进食半流食时间、术后住院时间、手术费用等方面有显著差异(P<0.05),两组患者在总住院费用、清扫淋巴结数量、肿瘤切缘以及肿瘤部位、手术切除方式、淋巴结清扫范围、并发症、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、复发率等方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术在临床治疗上具有诸多优势,且具有较高的手术安全性和较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect and value of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer.Methods Make 35 patients with laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy and 42 patients with open radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer respectively as the LAP group OPEN group.Results There were significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time of anal exhaust after eating,semi-liquid diet time,postoperative hospital stay,operation costs of the two groups of patients(P < 0.05),there were no significant difference in general hospital costs,number of dissected lymph nodes,tumor margin and tumor site,operation resection,lymph node dissection,complications,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,recurrence rate.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in clinical treatment has many advantages,and has high operation safety and better therapeutic effect.更多还原
