【摘要】 目的探讨胆管癌组织中p21 ras和EGFR蛋白的表达情况及与胆管癌病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测45例胆管癌组织和11例正常胆管组织中p21 ras和EGFR蛋白的表达,并对其在胆管癌中的表达进行相关性以及与病理因素关系的分析。结果 45例胆管癌患者的组织中,p21 ras和EGFR阳性表达平均光密度值显著高于正常胆管组织(P<0.01)。胆管癌组织中p21 ras与EGFR的表达水平存在正相关性(r=0.657,P<0.01)。EGFR与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均无关(P>0.05),而p21 ras的过度表达与胆管癌的分化程度有关,在低分化胆管癌组织中表达率明显高于高中分化胆管癌组织。结论癌基因和生长因子受体之间存在协同关系,提示p21 ras及EGFR有可能成为胆管癌药物治疗的靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between p21 ras and EGFR expressions and clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expressions of p21 ras and EGFR protein in tumor tissues of 45 patients and adjacent tissues of 11 patients with cholangiocarcinoma,and their relations with clinicopathological factors were analyzed.Results The expressions of p21 ras and EGFR in cholangiocarcinoma were significantly higher than in normal control group(P < 0.01).There was significantly positive correlation of p21 ras with EGFR in cholangiocarcinoma(r = 0.657,P < 0.01).The expression of p21 ras showed a significant correlation with tumour differentiation.Conclusion This study proved that synergies between p21 ras and EGFR,and suggested that p21 ras and EGFR may become a target for drug treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.更多还原
