【摘要】 目的探讨影响带宫内节育器妊娠的相关因素及预防措施。方法选择带宫内节育器妇女50例作为观察组,按照1:1比例选择带器未妊娠妇女为对照组。比较两组人群年龄、放置宫内节育器时机、置环时间、置器机构、瘢痕子宫等方面的差异。结果观察组哺乳期人流时置器30.00%、乡镇计划生育服务站置器36.00%、瘢痕子宫64.00%、置环时间(13.34±5.47)年高于对照组的14.00%、42.00%、12.00%、(3.14±2.89)年;观察组年龄(29.34±3.34)岁小于对照组的(38.73±5.45)岁(P<0.05)。结论影响带宫内节育器妊娠的因素较多,应实施针对性措施减少带宫内节育器妊娠的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relevant factors and preventive measures of intrauterine device(IUD) carrying combined with pregnancy.Methods Fifty women carrying IUD were selected as the observation group and fifty patients not carrying IUD were selected as the control group.Age,timing of placing IUD,duration of carrying device,mechanism of placing device,scarred uterus and other aspects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,30.00% of the women placed the device during the lactation period and induced abortion,36.00% placed the device at the family-planning service outlets of the villages and towns,64.00% had scarred uterus,and the duration of carrying device was(13.34±5.47) years,which were higher than the 14.00%,12.00%,42.00% and(3.14±2.89) years in the control group.The(29.34±3.34) years of age in the observation group was smaller than the(38.73 ± 5.45) years of age in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing IUD carrying combined with pregnancy.Specific measures should be implemented to reduce the incidence of IUD carrying combined with pregnancy.更多还原
