【摘要】 目的分析影响原发鼻咽部的非霍奇金淋巴瘤预后的相关因素。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年1月~2011年1月收治的72例鼻咽非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果影响淋巴瘤预后的因素主要有患者的年龄、免疫分型、临床分期、有无B症状、骨髓浸润、病理类型、病程、是否转移浸润至其它脏器、治疗方法等(P<0.05),而与患者的性别无关(P>0.05)。结论对于鼻咽非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者应充分掌握病情,根据临床情况,对影响预后的因素进行干预,采取综合治疗方法,可提高患者的生存率及生存质量以促进患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the impact of primary nasopharyngeal non Hodgkin lymphoma prognosis related factors.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2007 January to 2011 January,78 cases of nasopharyngeal non Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients,the clinical data analysis.Results Effect of lymphoma prognostic factors are the patient’s age,immunophenotype,clinical stage,there was no B symptoms,bone marrow infiltration,histological type,course of disease,whether metastatic infiltration to other organs,methods of treatment(P < 0.05).And has nothing to do with patients gender(P > 0.05).Conclusion For nasopharyngeal non-hodgkin lymphoma patients should be fully grasp the condition of patients with,According to the patient’s clinical condition,On the factors affecting the prognosis of intervention,Adopt comprehensive treatment method,Can improve the patients’ survival rate and life quality to promote the patients prognosis.更多还原
