【摘要】 目的探讨尼可地尔联合比索洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛患者52例,随机分为联合组和对照组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上仅给予比索洛尔治疗,联合组在此基础上加用尼可地尔治疗。观察两组的临床疗效等情况。结果联合组的症状显效率、心电图疗效显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼可地尔联合比索洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛能提高临床疗效,降低心血管事件发生率,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy of Nicorandil combined with Bisoprolol for unstable angina pectoris.Methods Fifty-two cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into combined group and control group.Control group was treated by Bisoprolol based on routine treatment,and combined group by Nicorandil based on the control group.The efficacy was observed.Results The significant efficacy rate,total effeicacy rate and significant efficiency in electrocardiogram of combined group were higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The cardiovascular event rate was lower than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil combined with Bisoprolol for unstable angina pectoris can increase the clinical efficacy,and it is worth of clinical use.更多还原
