【摘要】 目的探讨严重脓毒血症患者血浆肾上腺髓质素/内皮素-1值与低白蛋白血症的相关性。方法对我院治疗的严重脓毒症患者57例(观察组)及进行健康体检的健康人57例(对照组)进行AM和ET-1的检测,肾上腺髓质素的测定采用非平衡放射免疫法,内皮素-1的测定采用放射免疫分析法,分析两组患者的AM/ET-1值与患者低白蛋白血症的相关性。结果观察组57例患者的肾上腺髓质素、内皮素-1的水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而白蛋白水平及AM/ET-1值则明显低于对照组(P<0.01);严重脓毒症患者血浆中的白蛋白水平与血浆中AM/ET-1值呈正相关。结论严重脓毒症患者进行肾上腺髓质素/内皮素-1值的测定,可以对患者病情的严重程度及预后进行评估,对临床治疗提供指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum adrenomedullin(AM)/endothelin-1(ET-1) values and the hypoalbuminemia in patients with severe sepsis.Methods Fifty-seven patients with severe sepsis(the observation group) treated in our hospital and 57 healthy examinees(the control group) received AM and ET-1 tests.The non-equilibrium radioimmunoassay was used to measure the adrenomedullin and the radioimmunoassay was used to measure endothelin-1.The correlation between the AM/ET-1 and the hypoalbuminemia in patients of the two groups was analyzed.Results The adrenomedullin and endothelin-1 levels in the 57 patients of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01),but the albumin levels and AM/ET-1 values were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.01).The serum albumin levels and serum AM/ET-1 values in patients with severe sepsis were positively correlated.Conclusion The measurement of adrenomedullin/endothelin-1 values in patients with severe sepsis can evaluate the severity and prognosis of patients’ conditions and guide clinical treatment.更多还原
