【摘要】 目的探讨应用不同外科治疗方法治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法行保乳手术治疗的24例乳腺癌患者,设立为A组,另外选择同期行改良根治术的24例乳腺癌患者作为对照组。结果保乳手术组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显短于改良根治术组。保乳手术组的美容效果的优良率明显高于改良根治术组。保乳手术组的术后并发症发生率、局部复发率、远处转移率及手术至局部复发平均时间、手术至远处转移平均时间均明显低于改良根治术组。结论早期乳腺癌保乳手术效果优于改良根治术,具有手术时间短,术中出血少,术后并发症低,美容效果好,术后随访复发率及转移率低等优点,值得推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate efficacy of different surgical methods treatment breast cancer.Methods Line-conserving surgery for 24 cases breast cancer surgery patients,the establishment of group A,the other options over the same period a modified radical mastectomy,24 breast cancer patients as a control group,set up for the B group,two groups were compared.Results Operative time,blood loss,hospital stay of breast-conserving surgery group,was significantly shorter than the modified radical mastectomy group.Breast-conserving surgery group was significantly superior cosmetic results than modified radical mastectomy group.Breast-conserving surgery group,postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the modified radical mastectomy group.1-year follow-up after breast-conserving surgery group the local recurrence rate,distant metastasis and local recurrence of the average time to surgery,surgery to distant metastasis of was significantly lower than the average time points modified radical mastectomy group.Conclusion Early effects of breast conserving surgery superior modified radical mastectomy surgery,has shorter operative time,less blood loss,and lower postoperative complications lower,cosmetic results,postoperative follow-up relapse rate and transfer rate,etc.,should be promoted and applications.更多还原
