【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT在主动脉夹层诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析58例主动脉夹层的CT资料,总结CT在主动脉夹层诊断中的作用。结果 CT增强不仅能够确诊主动脉夹层,而且能够很好地显示病变的部位、受累范围及其他脏器的损害情况。结论螺旋CT是诊断主动脉夹层的一种可靠、安全、快捷的检查方法,治疗具有重要的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods All of 58 cases of aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Results Enhanced CT can not only confirmed aortic dissection,but also clearly show the location、extension and involvement of other organs.Conclusion Spiral CT can be the first diagnosis methods of aortic dissection,for it’s a credible,safe and fast technique,promising important clinical practice value for the diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection.更多还原
