【摘要】 目的观察应用重组人表皮生长因子在体表慢性溃疡治疗中的作用,探讨应用重组人表皮生长因子治疗体表慢性溃疡的临床意义。方法选择64例体表慢性溃疡患者,随机分为两组各32例。治疗组创面常规消毒清创,生理盐水冲洗创面,无菌干棉球蘸干创面后,创面喷涂重组人表皮生长因子,尔后用庆大霉素纱布条敷于创面,外加无菌纱布包扎,每日换药2次;对照组除不用重组人表皮生长因子外,余治疗同治疗组。4周后统计治疗结果。结果治疗组治愈率为78.1%,平均治愈时间12.38 d,对照组治愈率为40.6%,平均治愈时间19.78 d,经统计学处理两组治愈率及治愈时间差异均有统计学意义。结论重组人表皮生长因子用于体表慢性溃疡治疗,可以提高临床治愈率,缩短治愈时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) in the treatment of chronic surface ulcer.Methods Sixty-four chronic surface ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.Treatment group: to disinfect the wounds as usual,clean the wounds with saline,dry with sterile cotton balls,apply the wounds with rhEGF,bind up with Gentamycin gauze inside and sterile gauze outside.To change the fresh dressing twice daily.Control group: to do the same as treatment group except the application of rhEGF.Did the statistics after four weeks.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 78.1%,and the average cure time was 12.38 d,the cure rate of control group was 40.6%,and the average cure time was 19.78 d.The cure rate and time had significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The application of rhEGF can improve the curative rate and shorten the curative time.更多还原
