【摘要】 非洲是中国投资增长幅度最大的地区。2010年,中国对非洲直接投资流量为21.1亿美元,同比增长46.8%。中国对非洲直接投资存量为130.4亿美元,是2005年的8.2倍。中国对非洲矿业的投资前景乐观。目前,非洲有些国家政局不稳、我国企业获取信息的渠道不宽、跨国公司在非洲竞争激烈等是中国对非洲矿业投资面临的主要问题。我国应建立非洲矿产资源信息系统,扩展中央地质勘查基金的对非投资,加强对非洲基础地质工作方面的援助力度,不断加大我国和非洲矿业公司之间的合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Africa is the largest region that China increasesinvestment in.In 2010,the flow of China’s direct investment inAfrica was $2.11 billion,and year-on-year growth was 46.8%;China’s direct investment stock in Africa was $13.04 billion,8.2times the 2005 level.At present,there is political instability in someAfrica countries;the accesses to information of Chinese enterprisesare not wide;there is keen competition among multinationalcompanies in Africa.Faced with these problems,this paper proposesthat we should establish information system on Africa’s mineralresources;expand investment of the central geological explorationfund in Africa;strengthen the aid for basic geological work inAfrica;and constantly increase the cooperation between China andthe mining companies of Africa.更多还原
