非正态分布参数的蜗杆传动可靠性灵敏度设计
Parametric Sensitivity in Reliability Analysis of Worm-Drive
【摘要】 将可靠性设计理论与灵敏度分析方法相结合,讨论了具有非正态随机参数蜗杆传动的可靠性灵敏度设计问题,提出了可靠性灵敏度设计的计算方法,给出了可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对蜗杆传动可靠性的影响,为蜗杆传动的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method,the reliability sensitivity of the worm-drive is extensively discussed and a numerical method for reliability sensitivity analysis is presented.The effects of the non-normal random parameter on worm-drive reliability are studied and the variation regularities of reliability sensitivity of the worm-drive are obtained.The method presented provides the theoretic basis for the reliability design of the worm-drive.
