自激脉冲射流装置参数对性能影响试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究结构参数和运行参数对自激脉冲射流装置性能的影响,利用自行研制试验系统对自激脉冲射流装置结构参数和运行参数进行了大量的试验研究,得到了在上喷嘴直径12 mm和腔径120 mm的情况下,下喷嘴直径、腔长和工作压力对脉冲射流打击力和脉冲效果的影响。试验结果分析表明,对于不同的下喷嘴直径,在各个工作压力下,腔长变化对打击力的影响是不同的;当下喷嘴直径一定时,存在着获得脉冲效果的最佳腔长和工作压力范围;随着下喷嘴直径的增大,最佳腔长范围有逐渐增大的趋势。

【Abstract】 In order to study influences of structural parameters and working parameters of a self-excited pulsed jet device on its performance,many tests were condacted on a self-developed test system.In the case of the top nozzle with diameter of 12mm and the chamber with diameter of 120mm,the effects of under neath nozzle diameter,chamber length and working pressure on the hitting power and pulsing effect were obtained.The analysis results indicated that the influences of chamber length on the hitting power are different for different under neath nozzle diameters and each working pressure;when the under neath nozzle diameter keeps a certain value,there are an optimal chamber length and a working pressure range to get pulsed effect;with increase in the under neath nozzle diameter,the optimal chamber length range increases gradually.
