青礞石FTIR指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的建立青礞石的傅利叶变换红外光谱指纹图谱,并分析比较青礞石炮制前后图谱变化。方法通过傅利叶变换红外光谱仪对不同产地和批次10份青礞石样品进行分析,相似度评价以计算共有峰透光率的夹角余弦值获得。结果青礞石样品的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.96;青礞石炮制后相似度和相关系数均有较大程度的降低。结论傅利叶变换红外光谱指纹图谱可用于青礞石炮制后的品质评价。

【Abstract】 AIM To establish the fingerprints of Chloriti Lapis by FTIR,and to compare their fingerprints between samples processed and the crude ones.METHODS With the use of FTIR,ten batches of Chloriti Lapis samples from different prodution areas were analyzed and the angle cosine value of transmittance(%) of common peaks were calculated to get similarity of fingerprint.RESULTS The experiment showed that all the similarities of the samples were more than 0.96.The similarities and the correlation coefficients of the processed samples revealed a significant decrease.CONCLUSION The FTIR fingerprint could be used for evaluation of the processing quality of Chloriti Lapis commodities.
