不同措施对甘草胭脂蚧的防治效果试验
Control efficiency against Porphyrophora ningxiana Yang by different measures
【摘要】 针对甘草胭脂蚧[Prophyrophora sophrae(Arch.)]不同发育阶段分别采取药剂施撒法、灌根法以及旋耕机旋耕土壤破坏卵囊越冬等措施分期进行防治。甘草胭脂蚧珠体田间防效结果表明,以25%噻虫嗪WG 83.3 mg/L浓度下防效最高,为73.66%;其次为浓度500 mg/L的40%毒死蜱EC和浓度为62.5 mg/L的25%噻虫嗪WG,每株灌根800mL的防效分别为69.86%和65.75%,对甘草胭脂蚧珠体具有较好的控制作用。甘草胭脂蚧成虫田间药效结果表明,以40%辛硫磷EC和40%毒死蜱EC防效较高,药后21 d,其防效分别为67.37%和64.53%,辛硫磷GR和毒死蜱GR相对较低。4月中旬和5月中旬分别调查发现,旋耕土壤处理区甘草胭脂蚧若虫(3.1头/株)和甘草胭脂蚧珠体(1.9头/株)显著少于对照区甘草胭脂蚧若虫(5.9头/株)和甘草胭脂蚧珠体(6.1头/株)。可见,旋耕土壤对甘草胭脂蚧有一定的防效。
【Abstract】 Porphyrophora ningxiana Yang in different growth stage were controlled by chemical and agricultural control measures,respectively.The results of field experiments on nymphs showed that the best control efficiency reached to 73.66% by Thiamethoxam 25%(WG) at the concentration of 83.3 mg/L followed with Chlorpyrifos 40%(EC) at the concentration 500 mg/L and Thiamethoxam 25%(WG) at the concentration 62.5 mg/L.The results on adults showed that phoxim 40%(EC) and chlorpyrifos 40%(EC) had better control efficiency with 67.37% and 64.53% on P.ningxiana in 21 d,while that of phoxim(GR) and chlorpyrifos(GR) were lower relatively.The number of P.ningxiana nymphs in the middle of April and May were 3.1 and 1.9 in each plant in rotating soil while those were 5.9 and 6.1 in each plant in CK area,respectively,which showed good controlling efficiency of rotary tillage against P.ningxiana.
