【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道分泌物中IL-4与IL-12的表达与复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病复发的关系。方法 ELISA法检测复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)患者组、外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)患者组阴道中IL-4,IL-12的表达水平,以正常女性白念珠菌携带者为对照组。结果 RVVC组的IL-4水平高于VVC组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但3组的IL-12水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-4表达差异可能与RVVC复发有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the level of interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-12(IL-12) in secretion of RVVC patients,VVC patients and normal control,and to investigate the relationship between secretion level and pathogenesis of RVVC.Methods The level of IL-4 and IL-12 in the vaginal secretion from VVC patient and RVVC patient were detected by ELISA and compare with that from normal controls.Results The vaginal secretion level of IL-4 in RVVC patients was higer than that in VVC patients and normal controls(P<0.05).For IL-12,there were no statistical difference among 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of IL-4 might participate in the pathogenesis of RVVC.更多还原
