【摘要】 目的 探讨肠道益生菌对婴儿湿疹的早期干预效果。方法 97例人工喂养湿疹患儿,随机分干预组和对照组。干预组48例,口服双歧三联活菌胶囊,连续6个月,有渗液时用0.1%盐酸小柴胡碱溶液湿敷,无渗液时用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,伴感染时加用莫匹罗星软膏外涂,少数严重者给氯雷他定糖浆口服;对照组49例,除不用双歧三联活菌胶囊外,其余与干预组相同。每月通过门诊、电话或上门探视等方式观察记录湿疹病情,共6个月。结果 干预组湿疹发生率在第2个月为31.25%、第4个月27.08%、第6个月20.83%,发病程度逐渐减轻;对照组湿疹发生率第2个月为51.02%、第4个月51.02%、第6个月40.82%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 口服益生菌早期干预婴儿湿疹有效,发生率降低且病情程度减轻,为湿疹防治提供了新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early intervention effect of probiotics on infant eczema.Methods Ninety-seven artificial feeding children with eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group(n=48) was given probiotics capsules orally for six months.when the eczema had exudation,0.1% hydrochloric acid Xiaochaihu solution were wet-packed.Those eczema without exudation,butyrate hydrocortison butyrate cream were used 2 times a day,if the lesion with infection,use antibiotic ointment externally,in some severe cases,the loratadine syrup were used;To the control group(n=49),except the probiotics,the other method were the same.Observe the recurrence and severity of the eczema monthly in the clinic,by telephone or site visits for six months.Results probability of Eczema attack of the intervention group in the first two months was 31.25%,4 months was 27.08%,6 months was 20.83%,and the severity gradually reduced.In the control group,probability of Eczema attack in 2 month was 51.02%,4 month was 46.94%,6 month was 40.82%,the relapse rate and severity of eczema were significantly lower in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention with probiotics can reduce the attack and severity of eczema,provides a new idea for eczema prevention更多还原
