【摘要】 患者男,78岁。胸部丘疹、结节伴疼痛1月余。查体见以左胸部为主的散在或簇集的丘疹、结节,似带状分布,后背部未累及。皮损组织病理示:肿瘤组织位于真皮中上层,肿瘤细胞呈立方形,具异型性,可见病理性核分裂,呈灶状分布,有的细胞空泡化,有的肿瘤团块中腺样结构形成。CK7(+),CK20(-),AE1/AE3(+),CK5/6(-)。诊断:皮肤转移性腺样鳞癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 78-year-old male patient had been suffered with papules and nodules accompany pain on his chest for one month. Dermatologic physical examination showed scattered or clustered papules and nodules almost on left chest, distribution like girdle-shaped, but without involvement of the back. Histologic examination revealed the tumor was located in the upper dermis and the cell was cube-shaped, with atypia, showing pathological mitosis, the distribution was spotty, and some cell vacuolization, adenoid structure in some of the tumor mass, which was positive to CK7 and AE1/AE3 but negative to CK20 and CK5/6. Diagnosis: Cutaneous metastatic adenoid squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
