【摘要】 目的观察Livin在皮肤脂溢性角化病(SK)皮损中的表达情况,探讨其与Survivin和Fas表达的相互关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例SK组织中Livin,Survivin和Fas的表达情况,并以10例正常包皮组织作为对照。结果 Livin和Survivin在SK组织中的阳性表达率(72.50%和77.50%)均高于正常包皮组织(10.00%和20.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Fas在SK标本中的阳性表达率(97.50%)与正常包皮组织(90.00%)比较,差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Livin和Survivin在SK中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),两者表达强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Livin和Fas在SK中的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05),两者表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Livin和Survivin在SK组织中的表达与患者年龄、病程长短有关(P均<0.05),而与患者性别、皮损大小、发病部位、皮损数目无关(P均>0.05)。结论 SK的发生可能与Livin基因表达上调有关;Livin与Survivin两者在SK组织细胞凋亡过程中可能存在相同路径;Livin与Fas两者在SK组织细胞凋亡过程中可能存在拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of Livin and investigate its relationship with Survivin,Fas in lesions of seborrheic keratosis(SK).Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of Livin,Survivin and Fas in 40 cases of SK and 10 cases of prepuce of nomal men as control.Results The positive expression rate of Livin and Survivin in SK(72.50% and 77.50%)were significantly higher than that in normal prepuce tissues(10.00% and 20.00%,all P<0.05);The positive expression rate of Fas was not higher than that in normal prepuce tissues(97.50% and 90.00%,P>0.05),the expression of Livin was positively correlated with Survivin(P<0.05),and no statisticant difference was observed between the two groups’ expression grade(P>0.05);The expression of Livin was negatively correlated with Fas(P<0.05),and significantly statisticant difference was observed between the two groups’ expression grade(P<0.05);The expression of Livin and Survivin were correlated with the age,disease duration,and the sites of the lesions(all P<0.05),but not correlated to the gender,diametres and numbers of lesions(all P>0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of Livin may play an important role in the pathgenesis of SK;There is a close positively correlation between the expression of Livin and Survivin in SK,which indicate that there could be a same mechanism in the cells apoptosis of SK;While the negative correlation with Fas indicate there probably had a negative interaction in the cells apoptosis of SK.更多还原
