【摘要】 目的探讨吡硫翁锌气雾剂联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗头部寻常性银屑病的疗效及复发率。方法治疗组51例外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂3次/d,同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2mL,隔日1次,连续1个月;对照组51例单纯外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂3次/d,连续1个月。结果疗程结束时观察治疗组与对照组有效率分别为90.20%和84.31%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后1个月随访,治疗组与对照组复发率分别为22.73%和38.89%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3个月随访治疗组与对照组复发率分别为36.36%和72.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡硫翁锌气雾剂联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗头部寻常性银屑病疗效确切,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the relapse rate of pyrithione zinc aerosol with BCG-PSN in the treatment of head psoriasis vulgaris.Methods The 51 cases in treatment group were treated with Pyrithione zinc aerosol,three times a day,combined with BCG-PSN 2mL intramuscular injection,qod for one month;51 cases in control group were treated with Pyrithione zinc aerosol only,three times a day for one month.Results The effective rate in the treatment and control group were 90.20% and 84.31% respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The relapse rate in the treatmen and control group were 22.73% and 38.89% respectively with no significantly statistical significance one month later(P>0.05),while the relapse rate in the treatment and control group were 36.36% and 72.22% respectively with significantly statistical significance three months later(P<0.05).Conclusion Pyrithione zinc aerosol combined with Jointing BCG-PSN has an exact effect and low relapse rate in the treatment of head psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
