【Abstract】 A 61-year-old man had been suffered from gyrate erythema involving trunk,neck and arms for 3 months.Skin biopsy showed a few lymphocytes infiltration around the shallow middle-level blood vessels of dermis.Meanwhile, lung CT indicated a occupied lesion at the inferior lobe of right lung.So,a clinical diagnosis of erythema gyratum repens was made.更多还原
