【摘要】 目前部分大学生在就业环境中呈现出思想状况不佳,工作选择上趋向功利性,以及就业具有不稳定性的问题。导师组可以充分发挥专业教师熟悉专业,辅导员了解学生特点的优势,通过开展职业生涯辅导,帮助大学生在了解自我的基础上确定自己的职业方向、目标,有效解决大学生就业过程中呈现出来的问题,有意识地培养各方面的能力,切实提高其就业核心竞争力。更多还原
