HPLC法测定鳗鲡中噁喹酸的不确定度评价

【摘要】 依据JJG1059—1999《测量不确定度评定与结果表示》,对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定鳗鲡中噁喹酸的不确定度来源进行了分析和合成,得出了用HPLC法测定鳗鲡中噁喹酸的不确定度。

【Abstract】 An quantitative analysis math model of HPLC was set up to determine oxilinic acid in eel according JJG 1059—1999 Texting Uncertainty Assessment and the Result Representation,and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and combined.The method could be used to calculate the uncertainty of oxilinic acid in eel by HPLC.
