【摘要】 目的探讨心包血肿的病因,诊断及治疗。方法对我院收治的2例术中发现心包血肿,行心包部分切除,血肿清除的病例临床资料和诊疗过程并结合文献进行分析。结果 1例以纵膈肿瘤、1例以心包囊肿手术探查,术中发现心包血肿,1例术中大出血死亡,1例恢复良好。结论心包血肿临床罕见,但随外伤,介入治疗,心包穿刺等的增多有增加的趋势,有症状的心包血肿手术治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of pericardial hematoma.Methods 2 cases pericardial hematoma,found in the partial resection of pericardium,hematomas removed operation.Its clinical data and treatment process combined with literature review.Results 1 cases diagnosed mediastinal tumor,1 cases diagnosed pericardial cyst before operation,intraoperative findings is pericardial hematoma,one case massive bleeding to death in operation,one case recover well.Conclusion Pericardial hematoma is a rare disease,but with the injury,interventional therapy,pericardial puncture increases tended to increase,symptomatic pericardial hematoma recover well by operation.更多还原
