【摘要】 目的总结腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补56例临床经验。方法 2004年12月至2012年1月,对胃十二指肠穿孔在腹腔镜下进行修补。结果 56例均顺利完成手术,未发生严重并发症,平均出血量10~30mL,手术时间40~70min,平均45min,术后住院4~6d,平均住院5d。穿刺孔无感染,无手术并发症,出院后经消化内科正规治疗访0.5~2年均治愈未见复发。结论腹腔镜胃十二指肠穿孔修补术安全可靠.、经济实用,操作方便,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation and 56 cases of clinical experience.Methods 2004 December to 2012 January,the perforation of stomach and duodenum in laparoscopic repair.Results Operation was successfully performed in 56 cases,no serious complication occurred,the average bleeding volume 10-30mL,operation time of 40-70min,average 45min,postoperative hospitalization was 4-6 days,the average hospital stay of 5 days.The puncture hole no infection,no operation complications,hospital discharge after digestion department of internal medicine formal treatment visit 0.5-2 annual cure without recurrence.Conclusion Laparoscopic gastroduodenal perforation repair is safe and reliable.Economic and practical,convenient operation,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
