【摘要】 目的探讨胆总管探查术中放置自行脱落双肩内支架管(以下简称支架管)的可行性。方法在胆总管探查术清除结石后,通过导丝将双肩支架管的远端置入十二指肠,胆总管切口一期缝合。结果该法治疗29例患者,术后支架管均随粪便自行排出,平均排出时间为14(10~18)d,无胆瘘、提前脱管、堵管或支架管滞留胆管等并发症。结论胆总管探查术中放置自行脱落的双肩支架管是有效的胆管引流的方法。该法既方便又安全,可减少放置"T"型管引流的相关并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of open common bile duct exploration with placement of a self-release double shoulders stent.Methods After clearance of stones during common bile duct exploration,the double shoulders stent was pushed into the distal part of the bile duct and lumen of the duodenum over a guide wire.The common bile duct incision was primarily closed.Results This technique was done in 29 patients.The stents were released and discharged with stool in 14(10-18)postoperative days on average.There were no complications including bile leak,early stent elimination,stent detainment.Conclusions Placement of a self-release double shoulders biliary stent during common bile duct exploration is a safe,convenient and efficacious method.It can reduce the complications related to T-tubes.更多还原
