【摘要】 目的观察《眼底红药》治疗眼底病的疗效。方法《眼底红药》的组方是:葛根、黄芪、枸杞各25g,丹参、赤芍、牛膝、白及、当归、决明子、菊花、石斛、旱莲草、柴胡、川芎各15g。每日1剂,水煎取汁分2次服。14d为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 391例454眼,显效296眼(65.20%),有效113眼(24.89%),无效45眼9.91%)。总有效为90.09%。其中视网膜静脉阻塞有效率为92.52%,糖尿病性视网膜病变有效率为91.36%,高血压动脉硬化性视网膜病变有效率为93.44%,视网膜静脉周围炎有效率为80.00%,视盘血管炎有效率为50.00%,老年性黄斑病变有效率为44.44%,外伤性眼底出血有效率为71.43%,中浆有效率为100%,中渗有效率为87.04%,缺血性视神经病变有效率为37.50%。结论《眼底红药》治疗眼底病有较好疗效,且能缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦。更多还原
