【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期综合康复治疗干预。方法选取2009年3月至2011年3月收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病176例,依据是否进行早期干预分为早期干预组90例,对照组86例观察效果。结果早期干预组90例,发生神经系统后遗症6例(脑瘫4例,癫痫2例)发生率6.66%;对照组86例,发生神经系统后遗症25例(癫痫9例、精神发育迟滞6例、脑瘫10例)发生率29.06%,两组神经系统后遗症发生率比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论随着医疗技术的完善和设备的更新,新生儿重症监护技术、围产保健医学得到广泛开展,和的迅速发展,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病病死率显著下降,但存活新生儿有较高的神经系统后遗症,出现智力低下、运动功能落后、癫痫、脑瘫等。早期综合康复治疗干预新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病能够显著降低神经系统后遗症发生率,改善病儿生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment intervention.Methods Select 2009-03/2011-03 from 176 neonates with hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy,according to whether early intervention for 90 cases of early intervention group,86 cases in the control group to observe the effect of.Results 90 cases of early intervention group,the incidence of neurological sequela in 6 cases(4 cases cerebral palsy,epilepsy 2 cases) the occurrence rate of 6.66%;86 cases in the control group,the incidence of neurological sequela in 25 cases(9 cases of epilepsy,mental retardation,cerebral palsy 6 cases report of 10 cases) occurred in 29.06%,two groups of neurological sequela happen comparison of P <0.05 there is significant difference.Conclusion As medical technology improvement and equipment update,neonatal intensive care technology,perinatal health care medicine has been widely carried out,and the rapid development of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,mortality decreased significantly,but survived the neonatal with higher neurologic sequelae occurred,mental retardation,motor function,epilepsy,cerebral palsy,backward.Early rehabilitation intervention of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of sequelae of nerve system,improve the quality of life of children with.更多还原
