【摘要】 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、P-选择素(CD62P)与急性脑梗死的关系。方法急性脑梗死组80例于入院后发病24h内采集静脉血,采用荧光偏振免疫(FPLA)法、免疫透射比浊法、流式细胞术分别检测其体内Hcy、hs-CRP、CD62P的表达水平,并与50例健康对照组作比较。结果急性脑梗死组Hcy、hs-CRP、CD62P的表达水平均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP、CD62P的表达水平与急性脑梗死关系密切,Hcy、hs-CRP、CD62P的联合检测可作为急性脑梗死早期诊断和病情判断及预后的一项较特异指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of homocysteinemia(Hcy),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),P-selection(CD62P) and acute cerebral infarction.Methods Collecting blood from 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction within 24 hours after they suffered from the disease.Detecting the expression levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and CD62P by Fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPLA),immune turbidimetric method and flow cytometry in acute cerebral infarction as well as 50 controls.Results The expression levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and CD62P were higher in acute cerebral infarction than in normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and CD62P are closely related to acute cerebral infarction.The joint detection of Hcy,hs-CRP and CD62P can be used as a specific indicator in early diagnosis,judgment of pathogenetic condition and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
