【摘要】 目的探讨纤维桩树脂核在口腔修复治疗中的疗效。方法选择46例患者的62颗残冠残根为研究对象,62颗残冠残根经过完善的根管治疗后,选择玻璃纤维桩和复合树脂进行黏结,形成纤维桩树脂核,恢复基牙外形并进行全冠修复。结果经过6个月~3年的随访观察,62颗牙中60颗修复效果良好,无异常,2颗因纤维桩脱落失败,无冠变色、根折、桩折等现象的发生。修复成功率为96.25%,修复效果满意。结论纤维桩树脂核具有高强度、色泽好、操作方便的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of fiber post and resin core system.Methods 62 multirooted residual teeth of 46 patients were endodontically treated and restored by glass fiber core and crowns followed up for 6 months-3 years.Results 62 cases were satisfactory,only 2 cases appeared loose and gingivitis.The storation ratio reached 96.25%.Conclusion The advantages of fiber post and resihcore systen is high strergth,satisfactory aesthetic effect and convenient manipalation.更多还原
