【摘要】 目的分析克氏针辅助显露法切开复位内固定治疗严重跟骨骨折的临床疗效,提供临床参考数据。方法对30例32足严重跟骨骨折采用克氏针辅助显露切开复位自体髂骨植骨,通过手术将跟距关节面解剖复位,恢复Bohler角和Gissane角。结果所有病例平均随访8～26个月骨折全部愈合,术后按Kerr足部评分系统评价,优18例,良7例,可5例,优良率83.33%。结论克氏针辅助显露法切开复位内固定是治疗严重跟骨骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzed the clinical efficacy of Kirschner wire auxiliary revealed cut of severe calcaneal fracture reduction and internal fixation,the basis for clinical reference.Methods Using Kirschner wire auxiliary revealed open reduction and autologous bone grafts for 32 foot,30 cases of severe calcaneus fractures,Anatomic reduction with away from the articular surface through surgery,the recovery Bohler angle and Gissane angle.Results All cases were followed up for 8-26 months,average fracture healing,and postoperative evaluation by Kerr foot score system,were excellent in 18 cases,good in 7 cases,in 5 cases,good rate of 83.33%.Conclusion Kirschner wire auxiliary revealed open reduction and internal fixation is an effective way to treating severe calcaneus fracture.更多还原
