【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者早期视觉对比敏感度的变化,为早期的诊断治疗提供临床依据。方法对我院收治的90例2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变的患者、90例2型糖尿病不合并视网膜病变的患者以及随机选取90例正常人进行视网膜的对比敏感度检测,将分辨光栅和方向的对比度进行对比。结果糖尿病患者与正常对照组比较,在0.5、5、10、20、40周/每度视角时,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);黄斑水肿组与无黄斑水肿组比较,空间频率在5、10、20、40处,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并视网膜病变的患者的视觉对比敏感度有所下降,在诊断和治疗方面具有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of early visual contrast sensitivity in patients with diabetic retinopathy and provide the clinical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment.Methods Visual contrast sensitivity of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy,90 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic retinopathy and 90 cases of normal person were tested.Restults Contrasting with Diabetic patients and control group,it was statistically significant(P<0.05) in 0.5,5,10,20,40 week/per degree viewing angle;Contrasting with macular edema group with none macular edema group,it was statistically significant(P<0.05)in 5,10,20,40week/per degree viewing angle.Conclusion Visual contrast sensitivity of patients with Diabetic retinopathy has declined,and has made a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment更多还原
