【摘要】 目的探讨环丙沙星临床药物配伍禁忌,总结预防及处理方法。方法通过临床案例分析及查阅文献,归纳环丙沙星配伍禁忌药物种类,探讨预防及处理措施。结果环丙沙星是临床常用的广谱抗生素,存在较多临床药物配伍禁忌,主要包括复方丹参、痰热清、肝素钠、利福霉素、头孢哌酮、头孢匹胺、异甘草酸镁以及呋苄西林钠。结论本研究总结归纳出环丙沙星各类配伍禁忌药物并提出处理方法,提醒医护人员全面了解临床药物联合使用时的注意事项,保证患者治疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical drug compatibility taboo with the ciprofloxacin,this paper summarizes the method of prevention and treatment.Methods To analysis the clinical case and review the literature,inductive ciprofloxacin compatibility taboo drug types,discusses the prevention and treatment measures.Results Ciprofloxacin is a kind of clinical common broad-spectrum antibiotics,and many clinical drug compatibility taboo with ciprofloxacin,mainly including compound danshen,phlegmy heat qing,heparin sodium[1-3],with the blessing,cefoperazone,cefazolin horse amines,different glycyrrhizic acid magnesium,and ordinances furbenicillin sodium mdma.Conclusion This study summarized ciprofloxacin compatibility of all kinds of drugs and put forward the processing method,at the same time remind medical personnel to fully understand the using attention of clinical drug combination to ensure safety treatment.更多还原
