【摘要】 目的探讨儿童紫癜性肾病综合征的临床特点和疗效。方法选择我院35例儿童紫癜性肾病综合征患儿,分析其临床表现,给予抗感染,双嘧达莫,低分子肝素钙抗凝,卡托普利改善肾循环及降压,黄芪保肾,同时加用雷公藤多甙及泼尼松口服治疗。结果 35例患者治疗后,有效率为94%(33/35)。结论雷公藤多甙联合泼尼松治疗儿童紫癜性肾病综合征效果满意,值得在儿科临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical feature and therapeutic effect of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children.Methods 35 patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in our hospital were included.The clinical manifestations were analysed.All the patients were treated with antiinfection,dipyridamole,low molecular heparin,captopril and astragali combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii and prednisone.Results The effective rate of treatment is 94%(33/35).Conclusion Tripterygium Wilfordii and prednisone in treating patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children gained satisfactory effect,and it’s worthwhile to spread in paediatrics’ clinical.更多还原
