【摘要】 目的探讨莫沙必利联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的治疗效果,为临床用药提供依据。方法将156例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均口服莫沙必利分散片,三餐前30min服用5mg,治疗组进餐后30min加服复方消化酶胶囊1粒,用药4周后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。两组患者在年龄、性别、临床症状等方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果两组在治疗后消化不良症状均有不同程度改善,治疗组总有效率(88.5%)与对照组总有效率(64.1%)、症状改善平均时间、消化系症状评分经统计学分析(P<005),具有明显差异;两组不良反应比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义,均无发生严重不良反应。结论莫沙必利联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗功能性消化不良安全有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore mosapride combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules treatment of functional dyspepsia treatment,provide the basis for the clinical use of drugs.Methods 156 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,two sets of oral mosapride dispersible tablets,three meals a day 30min before taking 5 mg treatment group after meals 30min plus service compound digestive enzyme capsules a medication after 4 weeksthe clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed.The two groups in age,sex,clinical symptoms,no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.Results Varying degrees in the two groups in the treatment of dyspeptic symptoms improved,the treatment group,the total efficiency(88.5%) with the control group,the total efficiency(64.1%),the symptoms improved the average time the digestive symptom score after statistical analysis(P<005),with a significant difference;two sets of adverse reactions(P>0.05),not statistically significant,and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Mosapride combined with compound digestion enzyme capsule in treating functional dyspepsia is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
