【摘要】 目的探讨硫酸镁辅助治疗重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将69例重症支气管哮喘分为两组,对照组常规使用氨茶碱,甲强龙静滴,雾化吸入博利康尼、异丙托溴铵等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,辅以25%硫酸镁8mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静滴,每日1次。结果对照组34例,21例3d内完全缓解,占61.8%,9例3~5d内缓解,2例第一周后缓解;治疗组35例,30例3d内完全缓解,占85.7%2例3~5d内缓解,1例l周后缓解。结论在常规使用氨茶碱、甲强龙静滴、博利康尼、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入的基础上予以硫酸镁静滴辅助治疗重症支气管哮喘可明显提高疗效、缩短缓解的时间。更多还原
