【摘要】 目的探析肝脏CT灌注成像扫描程序、灌注参数计算和灌注参数图像重建方法。方法 2011年10月选择25例肝功能正常的志愿者作为本次的研究对象,进行CT灌注成像扫描,完成结果的计算和图像的重建。结果通过应用电影扫描,扫描的步骤是作屏气,注射对比剂后马上计算时间,待7~9 s进行扫描,扫描需要连续性,为45层,共用时45s,可以获得预计的图像,再采用软件进行图像重建,应用效果良好。结论 CT灌注成像在肝脏及其疾病的应用中较其它影像学检查方法具有明显的优势,同时也存在一定的条件限制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyze the scan program of liver CT perfusion imaging,the calculation of perfusion parameter and the reconstruction method of perfusion parameters image.Methods In October of 2011,select 25 volunteers with normal liver function as the research objects,scan the liver CT perfusion imaging,calculate the perfusion parameter and reconstruct the image.Results Apply film scan with breathholding,calculate the time immediately after injecting contrast agents,wait 7~9s for a continuous scanning with total time of 45s for 45 layers,obtain the expected images,reconstruct the images with software and finally get good application effect.Conclusion the application of CT perfusion imaging in liver or other diseases scanning has obvious advantages than other imaging examination methods,but it also has certain restrictions.更多还原
