【摘要】 目的探讨经口入路70°鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的疗效及优点。方法 85例腺样体肥大患儿行经口入路70°鼻内镜下腺样体切除术,术后随访3个月~1年。结果 85例患儿手术均成功,术中出血为10~20mL,无1例发生并发症,鼻塞、睡眠打鼾、张口呼吸消失,8例分泌性中耳炎治愈,听力恢复正常,2例症状明显改善,15例鼻窦炎治愈,5例症状明显改善。结论经口入路70°鼻内镜下腺样体切除术术野清楚,切除范围准确,增加了手术的安全性和准确性,手术疗效明显,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of adenoidectomy with 70°nasal endoscope by mouth.Method 85 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were submitted to adenoidectomy with 70°nasal endoscope by mouth.They were followed up for a period range from 3 months to 1 year.Result 85 patients were successful operation with bleeding 10～20mL in peration.There was no complication.The symptoms of nasal obstruction,mouth breathing and snoring in all of these patients disappeared.8 patients with secretory otitis media were cured and 2 patients were improved;15 patients with sinusitis were cured and 5 patients were improved.Conclusions Adenoidectomy with 70°nasal endoscope by mouth could get the distinct operating field and enhance the curative effect,safety and accuracy of the operation with few comp-lication.This method is worth popularization.更多还原
