【摘要】 目的监测ABO血型不合的患者异基因造血干细胞移植前后ABO血型的变化,探索移植后的输血方案,为患者输注合适的血液成分提供依据。方法干细胞移植前检测患者ABO血型,植活后再次检测患者ABO血型抗原及抗体的变化,对输注血液成分的种类和数量进行统计学分析。结果 28例ABO血型不合的患者干细胞移植后35~193 d血型成功转变为供者血型,ABO主要不合、ABO次要不合及ABO主次要不合的受者输注红细胞、血浆和血小板的量和ABO相合组的输注量相比无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 ABO血型不合的干细胞移植后,患者血型成功转变为供者血型,相容性输血可以用于异基因造血干细胞移植并能够确保输血安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Monitoring patients with ABO-incompatible allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation before and after changes in ABO blood group,to explore post-transplant blood transfusion program for patients with transfusion of blood components to provide a suitable basis.Methods Before stem cell transplantation in patients with ABO blood group,tested again after engraftment in patients with ABO blood group antigens and antibodies changes the type of blood components for transfusion and the number of statistical analysis.Results 28 cases of ABO-incompatible stem cell transplantation in patients 35~193 d after the success of blood into the donor blood type,ABO major incompatible,ABO minor incompatible and ABO incompatible recipients to primary and secondary infusion of red blood cells,plasma and platelet volume and ABO matched groups no significant difference compared to the amount of infusion(P>0.05).Conclusion ABO-incompatible stem cell transplantation,patients have successfully converted from donor blood type blood type,blood compatibility can be used for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.更多还原
