【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产后发生糖尿病的可能影响因素。方法对我院妊娠期糖尿病产妇产后1～5年跟踪随访,检测其血糖转归情况,并根据现在血糖情况,分为糖尿病组(n=61例)和无糖尿病组(n=164例),并随机选取该院同期无妊娠期糖尿病的妇女作为正常血糖对照组(n=70例),研究对象填写调查问卷,并进行体检和实验室检查,测定可能存在影响的指标20个,如年龄、体质量、身高、腰围、血压、血脂等,进行单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析。结果年龄、糖尿病家族史、分娩后体质量的减少量,WHR,BMI、高血压病史、体力活动减少等因素是GDM的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。分娩后体质量的减少量对模型的影响较大,而年龄与产后糖尿病发生的关联性极高,年龄在35岁以上患者发生产后糖尿病的概率为25岁以下患者的5倍。结论孕妇年龄、孕前体质量等因素是妊娠期糖尿病后再发糖尿病的独立影响因素,其中有意识适当的体育锻炼为保护因素,其他均为危险因素。分娩后体质量的减少量对妊娠期糖尿病的发病起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus occurred postpartum diabetes may influence factors.Methods To my courtyard gestational diabetes postpartum in 1~ 5years follow-up,check their blood sugar outcomes,and according to the current blood glucose,divided into diabetic group(n =61) with and without diabetes mellitus group(n =164),and randomly selected the hospital earlier without gestational diabetes women as normal blood glucose control group(n =70),subjects filled out a questionnaire,and a physical examination and laboratory tests,determination of possible impact indicators20,such as age,weight,height,waistline,blood pressure,blood lipid,univariate,multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Age,family history of diabetes,birth after weight reduction,WHR,BMI,history of hypertension,decreased physical activity and other factors are GDM independent factors(P < 0.05).Delivery after weight reduction effect to the model is larger,and with postnatal age diabetes association is extremely high,over 35 years of age in patients with diabetes mellitus after production rate in patients below 25 years5 times.Conclusion Maternal age,weight and other factors of gestational diabetes mellitus and diabetic independent factors,including awareness of proper physical exercise as protective factors,others were risk factors.Delivery after weight reduction on gestational diabetes play an important role in.更多还原
