【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环在肿瘤患者用药安全管理中的应用效果。方法运用PDCA循环管理方法对肿瘤患者用药安全状况进行调查,查找问题,分析原因,并制定对策进行干预。选取2011年3月至2012年2月在我科进行诊治的660例肿瘤患者,分为对照组和观察组(运用PDCA循环进行管理),对两组出现用药安全问题的情况进行分析。结果观察组肿瘤患者不安全用药的发生率为0.47%明显低于对照组1.21%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环质量管理方法有效降低了肿瘤患者不安全用药的发生率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of quality management methods of PDCA cycle in the application of drug security management for cancer patients.Methods PDCA cycle quality management method was used to investigate the security medication of cancer patients,identify problems,analyze the causes and develop countermeasures for intervention.660 cancer patients from March 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital was divided into control group and observation group(which was managed by the PDCA cycle),in order to analyze the drug security issues of two groups.Results The incidence of unsafe medication in the observation group was 0.47%,which was significantly lower than the 1.21% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle quality management methods can reduce the cancer patients’incidence of unsafe medication significantly,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
