【摘要】 目的探讨在乳腺手术后引流中使用Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶与双管负压引流两种方法的效果。方法将我院74例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为两组,I组患者手术后给予Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶引流,Ⅱ组患者给予双管负压引流,比较两种方法的引流效果。结果经统计学分析,I组患者手术后引流量较少,患者发生皮下积液较低,手术后皮瓣坏死率较低,各指标与对照组患者比较具有较为显著的差异,经统计学分析,P<0.05。结论使用Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶对乳腺癌患者手术中应用可以取得较好的临床效果,患者康复较快,值得在临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of drainage after breast surgery between Drainobag high vacuum suction drainage bottle and double suction drainage are two ways.Methods 74 cases of breast cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,Group I patients after surgery gived Drainobag vacuum high vacuum suction drainage bottlee,group II were treated with double suction drainage,compare the effect.Results After statistical analysis,surgical drainage of the group I was less and lower subcutaneous fluid,necrosis of skin flap was lower,all index compare with control group patients were significant differences,statistical analysis,P<0.05.Conclusion Use Drainobag high vacuum suction drainage bottle with breast cancer surgery have better Clinical effect,it worth clinical applications.更多还原
