【摘要】 目的分析与探讨β-联蛋白(β-catenin)在子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP染色法对20例普通型平滑肌瘤,36例富于细胞型平滑肌瘤、10例正常子宫肌壁及2例子宫内膜间质肉瘤的β-catenin表达水平进行检测。结果β-catenin在子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤的细胞浆内表达,其阳性率高于普通型子宫平滑肌瘤和子宫肌壁平滑肌细胞(P<0.001)。结论β-catenin的表达可能与子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤的生物学行为有关。细胞浆内β-catenin蛋白表达有助于普通型子宫平滑肌瘤、富于细胞型平滑肌瘤及子宫内膜间质肉瘤之间的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis and discussion the pathological features of β-catenin which rich in uterine smooth muscle tumor cell.Methods The immunohistochemical SP staining in 20 cases of common type leiomyoma,36 cases of smooth muscle cell rich tumor,10 cases of normal uterine muscle wall,and 2 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma of the β-catenin expression levels were detected.Results β-catenin expression may be associated with uterine smooth muscle cell rich biological behavior of tumor.Conclusion β-catenin expression may be associated with uterine smooth muscle cell rich tumor biological behavior.Cytoplasm β-catenin protein expression contributes to common type of uterine leiomyoma,smooth muscle cell rich tumor and between endometrial stromal sarcoma in the differential diagnosis.更多还原
